Rhizoma Dioscoreae 10:1 extract	416 mg
Rhizoma Smilacis glabrae 4:1 extract	105 mg
Semen Trigonellae 10:1 extract	105 mg

Non Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate.
Capsule shell: hypromellose (vegan gelatin).

Does not contain

GMO ingredients, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, wheat, corn, yeast, nuts, artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.

Recommended dose

Adults take 2 capsules 1-2 times per day.

Cautions:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
