In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is currently available for online purchases. Once your order has been received and is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email. Orders must be picked up within 2–3 business days of notification, or they will be returned to our warehouse with additional handling fees applied. If you need more time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please check your junk or spam folder, as email notifications may sometimes be filtered.

Shipping Timelines

In-stock items typically ship within 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday).

During sales or peak periods, shipping may take longer. We will notify you of any delays.

Orders may ship in multiple packages from different locations. You will receive tracking notifications for each shipment.
Shipping Partners
We use trusted shipping providers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, and Canpar.
Standard deliveries occur Monday through Friday. For Saturday delivery requests, please contact us at info@thebabysense.com or 604-620-1777 to discuss options and fees.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 CAD (before tax) within most of Canada.
Exclusions apply to:

Oversized or heavy items (e.g., furniture, mattresses, bathtubs, large gear)

Clearance or final sale items

Certain rural and remote postal codes (see below)
If your item or address requires additional shipping charges, our team will contact you to confirm the total before shipping.
Note: If a qualifying order is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Free Shipping Exceptions
Some areas of the country are excluded from our Free Shipping policy. Free Shipping is eligible for orders shipping within Canada.

Missed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery once. If no one is available, the package may be held at their depot for 3–7 business days before being returned to us.

Refused or unclaimed shipments are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.
Shipping to the U.S.
We ship select products to the United States.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees.

Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via US Postal Service only.

Items like furniture, car seats, high chairs, and health-regulated products cannot be shipped to the U.S. These orders will be cancelled.
Shipping to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau & International
Important: Some brands or manufacturers are restricted from international sale. These items can only be shipped to Canadian customers and addresses.
We offer international shipping to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and other selected countries via private courier with tracking included. All orders are delivered through door-to-door express services. To ensure proper delivery, please enter the recipient's name, phone number, postal code, and full street address in Chinese when placing your order.

Orders require 24 hours of processing time, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Furniture Shipping
All furniture is delivered via curbside (first threshold) service and cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
