Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy
We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@thebabysense.com or call 604-620-1777. A member of our team will provide instructions and support.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item is not in resellable condition (e.g., opened, assembled, used, or missing original packaging or parts), restocking fees may apply, or the return may be refused.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refused shipments or unclaimed deliveries will be treated as returns and are subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Please contact us at info@thebabysense.com or 604-620-1777 to begin the exchange process.
Exchanges are processed as new orders. Once the original item is received and inspected, a credit will be applied, and the new order processed separately.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or customization reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, whether opened or not:

All items marked “clearance” or discounted as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Furniture & Special Orders
All furniture, pre-orders, and special orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once placed. These items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If there is visible damage, sign the delivery as “Damaged” and contact us immediately at info@thebabysense.com. For manufacturer defects, notify us within 2 business days of delivery, including photos, proof of purchase, model number, and a description of the issue.
Gift Exchanges
Gifts are non-returnable and not eligible for refund, but we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and accompanied by a gift receipt or proof of purchase.
